The Group owns state-of-the-art equipment that includes earthmover, lift tower hoists and concrete mixers. The Group also has its own modern high steel shuttering and scaffolding material to cast about 50,000 sft. slab area with all safety equipment and structural supporting members. The shuttering material is specially designed and maintained by British Scaffolding Ltd. Delhi, to meet the specifications of the Group.

An in-house production unit manufactures doorframes, grills, ladders and cover chambers. The precast manufacturing unit produces decorative banister, kerbing stoners and coping slabs. The Group has an in-house computerized quality control lab that appoves construction material samples prior to use. A separate R & D lab works continuously on developing superior processes and value additions to enhance quality.

Bulk purchases, labeling procedures and details storage lists further reduce material and storage costs.
